If your order has not entered production or been dispatched, we'll do our best to help. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@lorelovis.co.uk.
Please note that personalised and made-to-order jewellery cannot be changed or cancelled once production has begun.

How do I personalise my jewellery?
Simply enter your personalised details on the product page before adding the item to your cart. Please check all spelling, names and symbols carefully before placing your order.
Can I return personalised jewellery?
As each personalised and made-to-order piece is created especially for you, it cannot be returned or exchanged unless it is faulty, damaged or incorrectly produced.
Shipping
How long does my order take?
Standard orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Personalised and made-to-order pieces require additional production time. The estimated processing time is shown on the relevant product page.
Do you offer international shipping?
We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom. International shipping to selected countries will be available soon.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details, where available.
Returns & Refunds
How long do I have to return an item?
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.
When will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after your return has been inspected. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to process the refund.

Lore Lovis jewellery is crafted using carefully selected premium materials, including sterling silver and gold vermeil. Material details are listed on each product page.
Is your jewellery suitable for everyday wear?
Yes. Our jewellery is designed for everyday wear. To keep your piece looking its best, we recommend avoiding prolonged contact with water, perfumes, lotions and harsh chemicals.
